Berry Collagen Protein Balls - Healthy No-Bake Energy Snacks
These protein-rich balls are perfect as a healthy snack, pre-workout energy, or sweet treat. No baking is required, and they stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
Ingredients (approx. 15 balls)
- 2 scoops of collagen powder
- 100 g rolled oats
- 50 g dried blueberries or cranberries
- 3 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 2-3 tbsp coconut milk (if needed)
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl: rolled oats, collagen powder, chia seeds, dried berries, and salt.
- Add almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- If the mixture is too dry, add coconut milk a little at a time until the consistency holds together.
- Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
- Form into walnut-sized balls.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
