Berry Collagen Protein Balls - Healthy No-Bake Energy Snacks

 

These protein-rich balls are perfect as a healthy snack, pre-workout energy, or sweet treat. No baking is required, and they stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

Ingredients (approx. 15 balls)

  • 2 scoops of collagen powder
  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 50 g dried blueberries or cranberries
  • 3 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2-3 tbsp coconut milk (if needed)

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl: rolled oats, collagen powder, chia seeds, dried berries, and salt.
  2. Add almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. If the mixture is too dry, add coconut milk a little at a time until the consistency holds together.
  4. Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Form into walnut-sized balls.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
